## Job Description:
As our Customer Service Officer, you will be the face and voice of our brand, responsible for managing all customer interactions with enthusiasm and professionalism. This role goes beyond traditional customer service; it involves building lasting relationships with our customers, providing expert advice on skincare, and ensuring a seamless experience with our brand.

## Key Responsibilities:

- Provide personalized skincare consultations and product recommendations to customers based on their needs and preferences.
- Manage customer complaints and feedback, ensuring all issues are resolved promptly and satisfactorily.
- Maintain a comprehensive understanding of our product range, skincare trends, and industry developments to offer informed advice.
- Utilize our CRM and other technology systems efficiently to manage customer interactions and track customer preferences.
- Collaborate with the marketing and product development teams to share customer insights and feedback.
- Participate in ongoing training and development opportunities to deepen skincare knowledge and enhance customer service skills.
- Work towards key performance indicators (KPIs) related to customer satisfaction, retention, and sales targets.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage customers positively.
- Deep passion and knowledge about skincare, with a willingness to continuously learn and stay updated with industry trends.
- Proficiency in using CRM and other technology systems to manage customer interactions.
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to handle customer issues effectively and empathetically.
- A proactive and enthusiastic approach to building customer relationships and enhancing brand loyalty.
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Cosmetology, Dermatology, Business) is preferred but not mandatory.
