**1. Client Acquisition and Relationship Management**:

- Identify and prospect potential business clients, including retailers, wholesalers, distributors, and institutional buyers, within the designated territory.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, understanding their needs, preferences, and business objectives.
- Develop customized solutions and sales proposals to address client requirements and maximize sales opportunities.

**2. Sales Strategy and Pipeline Management**:

- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and expand market share for FMCG products.
- Create and manage a sales pipeline, tracking leads, opportunities, and sales activities using CRM software.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for growth and differentiation.

**3. Product Promotion and Education**:

- Develop marketing collaterals, sales presentations, and promotional materials to support sales efforts and enhance product visibility.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to execute promotional campaigns, trade shows, and events to generate leads and drive product adoption.

**4. Negotiation and Sales Closure**:

- Negotiate pricing, terms, and agreements with clients to secure profitable deals while ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.
- Prepare and present sales proposals, contracts, and agreements to clients, addressing any objections or concerns to facilitate successful closures.
- Follow up with clients post-sale to ensure smooth implementation, resolve any issues, and foster long-term partnerships.

**5. Sales Reporting and Analysis**:

- Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to track progress against targets and identify areas for improvement.
- Analyze sales data, market trends, and customer feedback to gain insights and make data-driven decisions for sales optimization.
- Provide feedback to product development teams based on client insights and market demand to support product enhancements and innovation.

**6. Team Collaboration and Coordination**:

- Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, customer service, and logistics, to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies and fulfillment of client orders.
- Coordinate with sales support functions, such as pricing, logistics, and customer service, to address client inquiries, resolve issues, and expedite order processing.
- Participate in sales meetings, training sessions, and cross-functional initiatives to share best practices, exchange knowledge, and drive continuous improvement.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in the FMCG industry, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong understanding of FMCG products, market dynamics, and distribution channels.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to influence and persuade stakeholders at all levels.
- Results-oriented mindset with a focus on customer satisfaction, revenue growth, and profitability.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
- Proficiency in CRM software, Microsoft Office suite, and sales analytics tools.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Willingness to travel within the assigned territory as needed.
