Media Desk Executive

**Responsibilities**:
- Develop and implement media strategies to enhance the company's brand visibility and reputation.
- Collaborate with marketing and public relations teams to align media activities with overall marketing goals.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with journalists, editors, and media representatives.
- Respond to media inquiries and facilitate media interviews for company spokespersons.
- Develop and execute crisis communication strategies to effectively manage and mitigate media issues.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for media inquiries during crisis situations.
- Manage and lead the media desk team, providing guidance, support, and mentorship.
- Set clear performance goals and conduct regular performance evaluations for team members.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree in Journalism, Media Studies, Public Relations, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in media management, public relations, or journalism, with at least [X] years in a managerial role.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling media materials.
- Strong network of media contacts and a track record of successful media placements.
- Ability to handle media inquiries and manage crisis communication effectively.
- Experience in analyzing media trends and preparing media analysis reports.
- Proficiency in social media platforms and their use in media strategies.
**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
