**Operations Associate (Mumbai)**

**Responsibilities**
- Develop expertise in the company’s proprietary systems and assist analysts by answering their queries and troubleshooting common workflow issues.
- Verify rating submissions and ensure related data is accurate, in line with company standards and regulatory requirements.
- Publish press releases, rating reports, commentaries, and other company documents to the DBRS Morningstar website and third-party vendors.
- Manage content on the DBRS Morningstar website, dedicated microsites on ESG and other topical themes; our recommended reading list; and our company publications and contact information.
- Maintain relationships with analysts, management, and other stakeholders to ensure requests are fulfilled and deadlines are met.
- Take ownership of the tasks with focus on quality and accuracy of the deliverables
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and company policies and procedures

**Requirements**:

- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar publishing role, preferably in the financial services industry.
- Expertise in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Familiarity with basic HTML and content management systems an asset.
- Experience with a Bloomberg Terminal an asset.
- An eye for detail.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Capacity to work independently, as well as part of a team.
- Availability to work 11 a.m. EST to 7:00 p.m. EST.
