**Key Purpose of the Job (Position Summary)**
- The purpose of this role is to facilitate effective communication and bridge language and cultural gaps within a business environment and to play a vital role in enabling smooth operations, successful collaborations, and strong relationships with Internal customers, partners, and suppliers.- The purpose of a Business Analyst is to bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions within an organization. Business Translators are responsible for analyzing, identifying, and defining business requirements, processes, and problems. They work closely with stakeholders from various departments to understand their goals, gather information, and recommend effective solutions**KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS**

**KEY ACTIVITIES & RESPONSIBILITIES**

**Operational**

**Requirements Gathering and Analysis**: Business Translators work with stakeholders to understand their needs, gather requirements, and document them in a clear and structured manner. They conduct interviews, workshops, and analysis of existing processes to identify gaps and opportunities for improvement.**Business Process Improvement**: Business translators analyse and evaluate current business processes to identify inefficiencies and bottlenecks. They propose process improvements and optimizations to enhance productivity, reduce costs, and streamline operations.**Solution Design and Evaluation**: Based on the gathered requirements, Business Translators collaborate with stakeholders and technical teams to design and evaluate potential solutions. They ensure that the proposed solutions align with business objectives, meet user needs, and are technically feasible.**Documentation and Communication**: Business Translators create detailed documentation, such as functional specifications, user stories, use cases, and process flows, to clearly communicate requirements and proposed solutions to stakeholders, developers, and other project team members.**Stakeholder Management**: Business Translators act as a liaison between business stakeholders, IT teams, Digital Team includes Data Engineers/Data Scientist and other relevant parties. They facilitate communication, manage expectations, and ensure that all stakeholders are involved and informed throughout the project lifecycle.**Change Management**: Business Translators assist in managing the organizational change that occurs with the implementation of new systems or processes. They work closely with stakeholders to identify potential challenges, develop training materials, and support users in adopting and adapting to the changes.**Data Analysis**: Business Translators analyse data and conduct research to identify trends, patterns, and insights that can drive strategic decision-making. They help organizations leverage data to improve performance, identify opportunities, and mitigate risks.**Continuous Improvement**: Business Translators actively seek feedback from stakeholders and monitor the performance of implemented solutions. They identify areas for further improvement, propose enhancements, and contribute to the ongoing refinement of processes and systems.**Skillset Requirement**:
**Requirements Elicitation and Management**:

- Gathering and documenting business requirements/creating use cases/user stories/process flows/Wireframes.**Data Analysis**:

- Microsoft Excel/SQL/Any data visualization software’s**Agile Methodologies**:

- Scrum/Kanban/sprint planning**User Experience (UX) Design**:

- User-centred design principles/usability testing techniques/Skill to collaborate with UX/UI designers/Documentation and Communication/Change Management:
**Others**: strong analytical thinking, problem-solving abilities, and interpersonal skills.**Education and Experience Required**
- 2+ years of Experience as Business Translator/Business Analyst
- Experience with a manufacturing company is desirable.
- End to end understanding of Tyre Manufacturing will be value added.

**Certification**:

- Certified Data Professional (CDAP/Certified Analytics Professional (CAP) certification will be added advantage.**Experience**:

- 2+ years of relevant experience
