Highly skilled in preparing traditional Tandoor dishes
Creating menus that reflect authentic North Indiana cuisine while also offering variety and innovation to appeal to modern tastes.
In-depth knowledge of Tandoor spices, herbs, and ingredients, including their traditional uses and potential substitutions
Ensuring that all food preparation meets safety and hygiene standards, including proper handling, storage, and sanitation practices.
Supervising kitchen staff, delegating tasks, and ensuring smooth operations during service hours.
Ability to innovate and create new dishes while staying true to the authenticity of North Indian Cusine
Effective communication with kitchen staff, management, and sometimes customers, to ensure efficient operations and customer satisfaction.
Being able to adapt recipes and cooking techniques to accommodate dietary restrictions or preferences of customers.
Qualifications:
3 -5 years experience working in Tandoor/North Indian -focused kitchens or restaurants.
Formal culinary training from a recognized culinary school or equivalent experience
Knowledge of regional variations within Chineese/Pan Asian cuisine.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
Expected hours: 54 per week
