Sales Executive

1. Maintaining the relationship with the existing customers for smooth business transformation. Ensuring regular visits to the customers at least once in each week.
2. Proactive in the approach for all service-related matters. Resolve client query.
3. Creating and maintaining reports in Excel that allows the company to get information on daily business activities.
a. Looking after the day-to-day affairs of the customers for the operational activities like:
b. Placement of the vehicles in a pre-decided manner in coordination with Traffic Department.
c. Managing & motivating the loading supervisors.
e. Ensuring proper loading to avoid shortages/leakages/damages.
f. Follow up with brokers/vendors/traffic department for pods.
g. Monitoring with the tracking department for following up with the vendors/drivers for timely report in case of issue related cases.
h. Day to Day INDENT report Generation.
j. Coordinating with the customer for additional ad hoc orders by quoting and arranging approvals. Reconciliation of receivables from the customers.
k. Coordinating with the delivery offices/depots for smooth transaction.
l. Verifying the pods with adverse remark and analysis of the reason for corrective actions for non-recurrence & getting the remarks verified.
4. Coordinating with the all the loading supervisors for various other customers and instructing for proper loading for sensitive issues.
5. Achieving the monthly Revenue & profitable Targets given by the Management.
6. Hunting the prospective customers.
7. Should be capable of hiring vehicle from Market.
8. Any other activities assigned by the management from time to time.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
**Education**:
- Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (preferred)
**Experience**:
- Sales: 3 years (preferred)
