**Role : Assistant Admin/Troubleshooting (Female)**
Experience : 2 to 3 Years
**Shift Time: 6: 30 pm to 3: 30 am IST**
Location: Anywhere, Bangalore, India

CTC: 2.5 Lacs to 4 Lacs

**English language to be excellent.**
We are looking for a highly organized, reliable, and self-motivated person who can take the lead in assisting our executive team with managing administrative duties and troubleshooting basic issues for online systems.
**Responsibilities**:
- Should possess **excellent English communication and writing skills**:
- **Reporting and analysis using Excel** - Exposure using Google suite including Google sheet, documents.
- Communicate directly with Client and delivery managers when KPIs, tickets, or tasks need to be completed.
- Maintain technical Support Log of all interactions
- Well versed in **Windows **& **Mac **Operating Systems Old and new versions
- Be the main point of contact for internal IT support
- **Troubleshooting **basic issues for online systems
Be available On business communicator **6.30pm IST - to 3.00am IST** Monday to Friday
Also able to zoom call with employees - communicating both in business communicator and Zoom with Audio as required.
You will be reporting directly to the Manager of technology, and maintaining an Interaction Log detailing issues and Actions taken to resolve and escalate issues as required.
**Salary**: ₹200,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year
