As we expand our reach across borders, we're seeking a dynamic International Sales Representative to join our team and drive our growth trajectory to new heights.
**Role Overview**:As an International Sales Representative, you will be at the forefront of expanding our global business footprint. Your primary responsibility will be to identify, engage, and nurture relationships with potential clients and partners in key markets such as the US, UK, and beyond. Leveraging your exceptional communication skills and strategic mindset, you will play a pivotal role in bringing Altonexus' cutting-edge solutions to new territories, forging lasting partnerships, and driving revenue growth.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to penetrate international markets and drive business growth.
- Identify and prioritize target markets, industries, and potential clients for Altonexus' products/services.
- Proactively prospect, qualify and engage with decision-makers and key stakeholders through various channels including cold outreach, networking events, and industry conferences.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients, partners, and distributors to maximise sales opportunities and client satisfaction.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including marketing, product development, and customer success to align sales efforts with company objectives and market demands.
- Stay informed about industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and maintain a competitive edge.
- Provide regular sales forecasts, progress reports, and market insights to senior management to drive strategic decision-making and resource allocation. **Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
- Proven track record of success in international sales, preferably within the IT sector.
- Demonstrated ability to effectively prospect, negotiate, and close high-value deals with international clients.
- Strong business acumen with a deep understanding of global market dynamics, cultural nuances, and regulatory requirements.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly and persuasively.
- Results-driven mindset with a passion for exceeding targets and driving revenue growth**. ** Proactive, self-motivated, and adaptable team player with a passion for innovation and continuous improvement.
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce), Microsoft Office Suite, and other sales productivity tools.
Pay: From ₹800,000.00 per year
