**Position Overview**: We are seeking a skilled and passionate cook to join our team and contribute to the culinary excellence of our establishment. As a cook, you will be responsible for preparing, cooking, and presenting a wide variety of dishes to delight our customers. Your expertise in culinary techniques, creativity, and attention to detail will be vital in maintaining the high standards of our kitchen.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Food Preparation**: Prepare and handle various ingredients, including cutting, chopping, marinating, and seasoning, to ensure the highest quality dishes are served.

**Cooking**:Execute cooking techniques to perfection, including grilling, sautéing, baking, frying, and other methods, following recipes and guidelines.

**Menu Creation**: Collaborate with the head chef or management to develop new dishes and ensure menu variety and freshness.

**Food Safety**: Adhere to strict hygiene and safety standards, ensuring proper handling, storage, and cooking of food to prevent contamination and maintain health regulations.

**Plating and Presentation**: Creatively present dishes on plates to appeal to visual aesthetics while maintaining portion control.

**Quality Control**:Inspect and taste food to ensure consistent taste, appearance, and quality.

**Kitchen Maintenance**: Keep the kitchen area clean and organized, ensuring all equipment and utensils are properly maintained.

**Team Collaboration**: Work effectively with the kitchen team, coordinating with chefs, sous chefs, and other staff members to ensure smooth operations.

**Time Management**: Manage cooking time efficiently to meet customer demands while maintaining food quality and freshness.

**Customer Service**:Interact with customers when needed, ensuring a positive dining experience and addressing any specific dietary needs or special requests.

**Requirements**:

- Culinary Skills: Proven experience as a cook with a strong understanding of various cooking techniques, ingredients, and kitchen equipment.
- Knowledge: Familiarity with food safety and hygiene practices, dietary restrictions, and menu planning.
- Creativity: Ability to innovate and present new dishes while adhering to the restaurant's concept and guidelines.
- Physical Endurance: Possess the physical stamina to stand for long periods, lift heavy pots, and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Team Player: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with other kitchen staff.
- Time Management: Efficiently manage time and prioritize tasks to meet service demands.
- Flexibility: Willingness to work irregular hours, including weekends and holidays, based on the restaurant's schedule.
- Culinary Degree (preferred but not mandatory): A formal culinary education or relevant certifications will be advantageous.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Regular / Permanent, Fresher, Volunteer
Part-time hours: 5 per week

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
