International Sales/bd Executive

**Short Job Description**:
1. Ensuring team productivity of direct reportees by engaging with them, monitoring their daily work, providing timely inputs, and regular performance reviews.
2. Create high performance, professional work environment for self and team for a higher level of team output.
3. Can take web meeting with the contacts (prospects / opportunities / leads / enquiries) independently (explain about companies capabilities / services / samples / case studies).
4. Connect with the clients at an emotional/professional level and empathizing with their challenges.
6. Preparing project proposals - templates, inputs and guidance will be provided for each new project
7. Can connect with and own up to the enquiries/opportunities generated by the team.
8. Follow up with the opportunities/enquiries.
**Requirements**:
2. Graduation/post-graduation in Engineering/Management.
