As a service executive, your job role involves managing and overseeing various aspects of operations and services. Your primary responsibility is to ensure smooth and efficient operations related to the capital market and provide excellent customer service to investors. Here are some key responsibilities typically associated with the role:
**Investor Relations**: You will interact with investors, address their queries, and provide assistance in opening new mutual fund accounts and setting up their online platforms.
**Account Management**: You will handle account maintenance tasks such as updating investor information, processing transactions (e.g., purchases, redemptions, switches), and managing fund transfers. Accuracy and attention to detail are crucial to prevent errors and ensure compliance with regulations.
**Transaction Processing**: You will be responsible for the accurate and timely processing of transactions, including purchases, sales, and transfers. This may involve verifying the necessary documentation, confirming transaction details, and liaising with relevant parties such as fund managers, custodians, and transfer agents.
**Record Keeping and Documentation**: You will maintain proper records of all investor transactions, communications, and other relevant documents. This includes maintaining an updated database of investor information, transaction history, and compliance records.
**Compliance and Regulations**: You will ensure adherence to regulatory guidelines and compliance requirements set by the relevant authorities. This involves staying up to date with regulatory changes, implementing necessary controls, and performing periodic audits to ensure compliance.
**Issue Resolution**: As a point of contact for investors for service requirements, you will handle and resolve any issues or complaints they may have. This requires effective communication, problem-solving skills, and a customer-centric approach.
**Reporting**: You will prepare various reports related to operations, investor activity, and performance analysis. These reports may be used for internal purposes or to meet regulatory requirements.
