Job Title: Office Administrator
**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Manage and organize office files, documents, and records.
- Distribute work to the other employees.
- take daily work report from the team members.
- team management and team handling.
- Distribute relevant information to team members as needed.
- Serve as a point of contact for internal and external inquiries.
- Generate reports and summaries as required by management.
- Assist in onboarding new employees by preparing workspaces and necessary documentation.
- Maintain employee records and assist with HR-related tasks as needed.
- Process invoices, expense reports, and other financial documents.
- Assist in budget tracking and financial reporting.
**Qualifications and Skills**:
- Proven experience in office administration or a related field.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Familiarity with office equipment and basic troubleshooting.
**Education**:
A high school diploma or equivalent is required, and additional education or certification in office administration is a plus
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- Day shift
- Evening shift
**Experience**:
- Microsoft Office: 1 year (preferred)
