**Required : Female Receptionist**
**Responsibilities**:
- Greet Visitors, Welcoming and directing them appropriately.
- Notifies Company personnel of visitor arrival.
- Arranging couriers and entry in register day to day.
- Maintain security and telecommunication system.
- Maintain Security by following procedures and monitoring logbook.
- Informs Visitors by answering or referring inquiries.
- Keeps a safe and clean reception area by complying with procedures, rules and regulations.
- Supports continuity among work teams by documenting and communicating actions, irregularities, and continuing needs.

**Experience**:
