**JOB DESCRIPTION**:
**Subscription Conversion Representative**
- Proactively identify new business opportunities within existing customer base; identify expansion opportunities
- Build and maintain a constant and future revenue pipeline
- Leverage and expand existing relationships with partner community to engage active customers with dormant sales cycles
- Create strong business relationships with existing customers and partners, working closely with the Core Sales Organization and Renewals Team
- Recommend most suitable product offering to modernize existing customers’ purchasing and licensing needs.
- Keep knowledge up to date in the Data Management market and meet training targets to maintain a thorough understanding of Commvault products, process and promotions to provide the highest level of sales support.
- Exceed quarterly and annual conversion sales targets; maximize revenue in specific customer segments

**Position Requirements**
- 4+ years related software selling experience
- An energetic self-starter with a consultative sales approach who is pro-active in increasing sales revenue with ability to drive high transaction volume
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills
- Must be results-driven, have strong analytical skills and sound negotiation skills
- Individual should be comfortable selling in a team environment with responsibilities for accurate forecasting
- Experience with Salesforce CRM preferred, not required
- Must be fluent in English and Arabic language skills both written and verbal
