The Field Sales Executive is responsible for generating sales and increasing revenue by acquiring new customers and maintaining relationships with existing clients. This role involves direct interaction with customers in their designated territory, understanding their needs, presenting appropriate products or services, and closing sales. The Field Sales Executive is crucial in driving business growth and expanding market reach.
**Key Responsibilities**
- **Sales and Revenue Generation**:
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and market research.
- Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to prospective clients.
- **Customer Relationship Management**:
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Handle customer queries, issues, and complaints promptly and effectively.
- **Market and Territory Management**:
- Manage and grow the sales territory to maximize revenue potential.
- Conduct regular visits to existing and potential customers to understand their needs and provide appropriate solutions.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for growth.
- **Sales Planning and Strategy**:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies and plans to meet business objectives.
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and contracts.
- Collaborate with the sales team and other departments to align strategies and share insights.
- **Reporting and Documentation**:
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and transactions using CRM software.
- Prepare regular reports on sales performance, market conditions, and customer feedback.
- Provide management with insights and recommendations based on sales data and market analysis.
- **Professional Development**:
- Stay updated with industry trends, product knowledge, and sales techniques.
- Participate in training sessions, workshops, and seminars to enhance skills and knowledge.
- Share best practices and insights with team members to improve overall sales effectiveness.
**Qualifications**
- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- **Experience**:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in field sales or a similar role.
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- **Skills**:
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
**Preferred Qualifications**
- Experience in education sector
- Knowledge of advanced sales techniques and customer relationship management.
- Familiarity with the local market and customer base.
**Working Conditions**
- This is a full-time position based in Agra.
- Extensive travel within the assigned territory is required.
- Flexible working hours to accommodate client meetings and events.
