**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct outbound calls to prospective students who have shown interest in our training programs.
- Explain the features, benefits, and details of our software training courses in a clear and persuasive manner.
- Build rapport with potential students and address their queries or concerns regarding course content, duration, fees, and certification.
- Schedule appointments or provide guidance for enrollment in our training programs.
- Maintain accurate records of student interactions and update the CRM system with relevant information.
- Achieve weekly and monthly enrollment targets set by the academy management.
- Collaborate with the admissions team to streamline the enrollment process and ensure a seamless experience for students.
- Stay updated on industry trends, new technologies, and competitor offerings to provide relevant information to prospective students.
- Uphold the values and standards of Edukators Software Training Academy while communicating with students and representing the brand.

**Skills and Qualifications**:

- Fluency in English with excellent verbal communication skills.
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field is required.
- Previous experience in telecalling, customer service, or sales roles is preferred.
- Ability to engage and connect with people over the phone and establish trust.
- Strong persuasive skills and the ability to convey information effectively.
- Familiarity with CRM software or similar tools for managing leads and contacts.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Positive attitude, resilience, and willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
