Our client is an FMCG company and is a market leader in their segment with a product range of 200+ SKU.
- As Regional Sales Coordinator, you will be responsible for the following tasks:
Sales:
1. Sales Planning
2. Coordination with SE/BDM for monthly plan and sign off from RSM, by customer and by SKUs
3. Follow up daily with supply chain team for stockposition
4. Weekly updates and reports and tracking of planned vs actuals for sales, promotion and other consumer connect activities
5. Month end sales report

Accounts:
1. NRGP / CFA write off to be tracked and intimated to Finance team on a fortnightly basis and ensure that it is to be accounted on monthly
basis with prior approval from RSM.
2. Projected Collection on weekly basis to be received and reports to be shared with Sales and Finance team monthly
3. Coordination and compilation of claim statement of distributors monthly to ensure seamless accounting in NAVISION.
4. Periodical Stock Audit of CFA location and report the discrepanciesif any to Sales and Finance team.
5. Ensure Modern Trade Statement of Accounts including debit notes to be provided on a periodical basis.
- We are looking for YOU if you have an MBA in Finance/related fields as well as the following skills:
1. Good Working knowledge of Excel
2. Strong communication skills (both written and oral)
3. Ability to multitask, prioritize a variety of tasks and meet deadlines.
4. Keen eye to details.
5. High result
- and detail-orientation
6. Ability to work under pressure.

**Salary**: ₹500,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Hyderabad - 500081, Telangana: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
