- Responsible for providing chat support for customers on pre
- orders and post order service. Performs work in accordance to standardized policies and procedures. Responsible for customer satisfaction through effective handling of customer problems. Work requires strong analytical ability to resolve complex issues in addition to effective written skills
- Experience working with customer support for an e-commerce company. Fluent in English and Hindi, both written and verbal. Good communication skills. Knowledge of MS Office. Ability to stay calm when customers are stressed or upset. Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening. Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent
**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
