**Job Title: Customer Care Executive (US)**
**Job Summary**:
As a Customer Care Executive, you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving complaints, and providing product/service information to customers. You will ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Handling and resolving customer complaints effectively and efficiently.
- Providing accurate information about products or services to customers.
- Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
- Identifying and escalating priority issues to the appropriate team member or supervisor.
- Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
- Communicating and coordinating with internal departments to resolve customer issues.
- Following up on customer interactions to ensure their inquiries are resolved satisfactorily.
- Meeting or exceeding performance targets, such as response time, resolution time, and customer satisfaction metrics.
- Providing feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process and suggesting improvements.
**Requirements**:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification in customer service is a plus.
- Proven customer support experience or experience as a Customer Care Executive.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in computer skills, including Microsoft Office and CRM software.
- Flexibility to work in shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
**Preferred Qualifications**:
- Previous experience in a similar role within the industry.
- Knowledge of specific products or services offered by the company.
- Additional language proficiency, especially if serving a diverse customer base.
