**Overview**:
We are seeking a dynamic and driven Field Sales Executive to join our team, focusing on new business development. As a Field Sales Executive, you will be responsible for identifying and acquiring new customers, nurturing relationships, and driving revenue growth in your assigned territory. This role requires a proactive approach, excellent communication skills, and a passion for sales and customer satisfaction.

**Responsibilities**:

- Prospect, identify, and develop new business opportunities within the designated territory.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and influencers in target industries.
- Understand customer needs and requirements, and tailor solutions to meet their business objectives.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing and product development, to ensure alignment of strategies and goals.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs consistently.
- Keep abreast of industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and stay competitive.
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and contracts to prospects.
- Provide accurate sales forecasts and reports to management on a regular basis.
- Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and conferences to promote brand awareness and generate leads.

**Requirements**:

- Proven track record of success in field sales, preferably in new business development.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence decision-makers.
- Self-motivated and results-driven with a passion for exceeding targets.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Excellent negotiation and closing skills.
- Willingness to travel within the assigned territory as required.
