Administration Assistant

We are actively seeking a highly skilled Administrative Assistant who can deliver efficient administrative support with confidence, precision, and timeliness. We require someone who is proactive, detail-oriented and possesses exceptional organizational and communication skills.
**Works include**:
- Assisting Director, Sr. HR & Admin manager, Exports Manager and other teams.
- Managing and executing:
- Courier dispatches
- Sample receiving, sorting and segregation
- Sample dispatches
- Admin works at office to be done. Works include:
- Excel sheet data preparation of calls for payments
- Order office supplies and research new deals and suppliers
- Utility bill payments like water bills, electricity, courier charges
- Social Media Management
- Coordinating with our digital marketing team and provide them with all necessary assistance
- Maintenance of:
- Office equipment
- Furniture and furnishings
- Any repair works/installations
- Maintenance of Vehicle insurance, PUC etc.
- Cash Deposits
- Office expense
- Physical submission of letters/documents in bank/departments.
**Skills**: Strong Organizational skills, Excellent Written and Communication skills, Teamwork and Interpersonal skills, Customer service, Time Management, Multitasking, Problem-solving, and Technology and Software skills.
**Requirements**:
- Working knowledge of office equipment, like printers and computers
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
**Salary**: From ₹20,000.00 per month
