**Job Profile**:

- Develop strategic plans to address clients’ business needs effectively.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for client complaints and escalate issues as necessary for resolution.
- Monitor and follow up on client payments to ensure timely receipt.
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling services and products to clients.
- Ensure compliance with contract terms by both the company and clients.
- Work closely with internal teams such as sales, engineers, and senior management to address clients’ needs and concerns promptly.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders.

**Requirements and Skills**:

- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong problem-solving aptitude.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in client management or similar roles.

**Salary**: ₹200,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year

**Benefits**:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday

Supplemental pay types:

- Performance bonus

**Experience**:

- CRM: 2 years (preferred)
- IT Sales: 1 year (preferred)
