**Roles & Responsibilities**
- Solely responsible and accountable for the complete Front Desk Operations
- Answer phone calls and provide routine information to callers or/and transfer calls to the appropriate individuals, divisions or departments. Greeting visitors and directing them to the appropriate individuals/department.
- Perform other duties as instructed by the Supervisor which contributes to the effective office management of the company.
- Coordinate and manage the day to day operations of the Office Assistants/Housekeeping staff/Facility maintenance/ Security.
- Keeping track of courier records (Inward and Outward).
- Assist all walk-ins with the enquiry forms and direct them to the respective managers.
