**Business Development Manager - Pinfovisa Immigration**
**Position Overview**: As a Business Development Manager (BDM) at Pinfovisa Immigration, you will play a pivotal role in driving the growth of our immigration consultancy services. Your focus will be on generating new leads, building and nurturing client relationships, and expanding our market reach across the UK, Canada, USA, Australia, New Zealand, and Europe. You will develop strategies to capture opportunities within the study abroad and visa segments, ensuring that Pinfovisa maintains its competitive edge in the market.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Lead Generation & Market Development**:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the immigration sector.
- Develop strategies to attract clients looking for study abroad services, work permits, visitor visas, and other immigration solutions.
- Conduct market research to stay updated on trends, visa regulations, and competitive offerings.
- Establish connections with educational institutions, corporates, and B2B partners to expand Pinfovisa’s client base.
- **Client Relationship Management**:
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, ensuring excellent service delivery and satisfaction.
- Understand client needs in detail and provide tailored immigration solutions to meet their visa and study abroad requirements.
- Proactively follow up with clients, addressing any concerns and ensuring their immigration processes are smooth.
- **Sales & Revenue Growth**:
- Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Develop compelling proposals and presentations for prospective clients, emphasizing the advantages of choosing Pinfovisa’s services.
- Close deals with clients seeking study visas, visitor visas, work permits, and other immigration services.
- Collaborate with the finance team to manage client contracts and payments.
- **Strategic Partnerships & Networking**:
- Establish partnerships with educational consultants, legal firms, and key stakeholders in the immigration industry.
- Attend networking events, expos, and seminars to promote Pinfovisa’s services and expand brand visibility.
- Leverage your network to increase referrals and business growth.
- **Collaboration with Marketing & Operations**:
- Work closely with the marketing team to create campaigns that drive client engagement and lead generation.
- Coordinate with the operations team to ensure efficient visa processing and customer service.
- **Monitoring & Reporting**:
- Prepare detailed reports on sales performance, client feedback, and market trends.
- Provide insights into potential growth areas and suggest improvements in services based on client needs.
- Analyze business data to optimize lead conversion and client retention.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- Proven experience in business development or sales within the immigration, education, or visa processing sectors.
- Strong knowledge of immigration procedures, including student visas, work permits, and visitor visas for countries like the UK, Canada, USA, and Australia.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and networking skills.
- Proficiency in CRM tools, Microsoft Office, and data analytics.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
