Qualification: Graduate
Experience: 2 years in Vendor Management / Billing
**Overall**
The main goal of vendor management is building, maintaining, and strengthening mutually-beneficial supplier relationships that drive company success. This success can have multiple definitions, e.g. lowering business costs, increasing output, or driving product innovation.
**A. Vendor Assessment and details**
- 1. Vednor details (pan India) along with assessment and the quotation (valid one)
- 2. All details should be validated on the assessment copies along with stamp signature.
- 3. Keep all the hard copies of the assement and concern vendor agreement.
- 4. Should confirm with the concern team if any vendor to be added, if yes need to get the details added in the excel sheet and assessment should be done
**B. Bills checking and Vendor quotation’s**
- 1. All quote should be validated (Contract Period along with term and condition)
- 2. Follow up with the vendor for bills details, as per fixed billing cycle.
- 3. check all the bill details thoroughly (Amount, HAWB, Billing Location, Origin & destination)
- 4. If its air bill should be cross checked with airline charges (files already shared )
- 5. If its air bill should be cross verified with master amount and TSP statement.
- 6. All excel details master details and caps details should match(Ex. HAWB, Billing location Origin destination and charges )
- 7. if any query related to HAWB cross check with origin location’s first
- 8. If anu duplicate HAWB, First check it’s for packing placement or for return credo, if its for return credo ask for return HAWB with the concern team. For packaging placement and return credo example explained in person how toc heck in CAPS
- 9. If amount issue in bills cross check with the concern vendor’s.
- 10. If its surface bill should cross check with the quotation for amount purpose
- 11. All excel details docket details and caps details should be matched
- 12. if any query related to HAWB cross check with origin location first
- 13. All Tax invoice should have all the details ( Ex. Date, inv. No. GST. No. amount should match with approved excel sheet along with stamp and signature)
- 14. Follow up with the vendor to get the bills details and excel details on timely basis.
- 15. After receiving the bills from the vendor its should be checked within 3 to 4 days
- 15. Follow up with the vendor to get the hard copies of the tax invoice, should match with of soft copies
- 16. Keep the track of the, Final bills receiving date from the vendors, final bills submission date to Finance team and credit period details (Excel file format already shared with you)
- 17. follow up with the finance team for releasing the payment to vendor on timely basis, should intimate to finance team before 10 days of expiring credit period.
- 18. Keep the payment details file updated with the payment details and same details should be pass with the concern vendors.
**Salary**: ₹300,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year
