**Job description**
PentaCare Services is a growing healthcare recruitment provider delivering temporary and flexible staffing solutions across a broad spectrum of medical specialities. We recruit for various positions, including Healthcare Assistants, Support Workers and Registered Nurses, to work flexible hours with our clients.
We are looking forward to significant expansion over the next few years. To help drive this growth we are appointing Booking coordinators to lead our day-to-day operations in various locations throughout United Kingdom.
**Position description**
Booking Coordinators are the backbone of our workforce business operation. In this role, you'll be responsible for growing and leading your part of the business in a defined geography. With the support of our business development, sales and recruitment operations teams, you'll nurture relationships with your Nursing Home and Care Home clients and frontline staff to deliver outstanding workforce and staffing solutions.
**THE ROLE**:
- Communicate with staff and clients in a respectful, professional, and friendly manner.
- Obtaining staff availability on weekly basis
- Responding to new booking enquiries, create, process and update enquiry records via our system
- Finding staff members (Carers and Nurses) to fill the shifts.
- Using influencing skills to maximise care coverage
- Working at fast pace and under pressure
- Confirming shifts with clients.
- Confirming shifts with staff members.
- Managing and organising large, dynamic and often complex client rotas.
- Rearranging shift bookings to ensure maximum shift coverage.
- Encouraging staff members to cover shifts when necessary
- Responding to new booking enquiries, create, process and update enquiry records via our system
**Recruitment**:
- Advertising, Sourcing, job boards, Reviewing and Shortlisting,
- Work with Recruitment Team to ensure sufficient current and future staffing levels
Skills and knowledge
- You will have strong communication skills both over the phone and via written communication.
- Superior organisational skills with a high level of attention to detail and the ability to prioritise competing tasks and deadlines
- Proactive, resilient and to use own initiative
- Enthusiastic team player who is comfortable supporting others and communicating regularly
- Excellent interpersonal and communications skills for virtual working
- We're looking for someone with business-to-business sales experience and a successful background in temporary staffing or recruitment services in the healthcare sector.
- You should have full desk management experience and be confident in recruitment, business development, placement and quality.
- You'll be confident with IT and digital communication and marketing techniques and be open to innovation. Expertise in the use of Office 365, Microsoft Word, Excel (including data management within spreadsheets) and the preparation and editing of documents.

- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability
**Salary**: From ₹20,000.00 per month
Supplemental pay types:
- Yearly bonus
