Job Title: Sweet Maker

**Job Description**:
As a Sweet Maker, you'll be responsible for creating a variety of confectionery delights, ranging from chocolates and candies to pastries and desserts. Your role will involve a combination of creativity, precision, and technical skill to produce high-quality sweets that delight customers and meet the standards of the establishment you work for. Below are some key responsibilities and qualifications typically associated with this role:
**Responsibilities**:

- **Recipe Development**: Develop new recipes for sweets, considering flavor combinations, textures, and presentation.
- **Production**: Prepare ingredients, follow recipes, and utilize specialized equipment to produce sweets in large quantities while maintaining consistency and quality.
- **Quality Control**: Monitor the quality of ingredients and finished products to ensure they meet established standards for taste, appearance, and texture.
- **Creativity**: Experiment with different ingredients, techniques, and decorating styles to create unique and visually appealing sweets.
- **Sanitation and Safety**: Adhere to strict sanitation and food safety guidelines to prevent contamination and ensure a safe working environment.
- **Inventory Management**: Manage inventory levels of ingredients and supplies, and communicate any needs to management to ensure smooth production.
- **Customer Service**: Interact with customers to answer questions about products, make recommendations, and provide excellent service.
- **Team Collaboration**: Work collaboratively with other kitchen staff, such as pastry chefs, bakers, and assistants, to coordinate production schedules and tasks.

Qualifications:

- **Culinary Skills**: Strong foundation in baking and pastry techniques, including knowledge of different ingredients, baking methods, and decorating skills.
- **Creativity**: Ability to innovate and create new sweet recipes and designs that appeal to customers.
- **Attention to Detail**: Meticulous attention to detail to ensure consistent quality and presentation of sweets.
- **Time Management**: Ability to work efficiently and prioritize tasks to meet production deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- **Team Player**: Collaborative attitude and effective communication skills to work well with other kitchen staff.
- **Sanitation and Safety**: Knowledge of food safety regulations and practices to maintain a clean and safe working environment.
- **Experience**: Previous experience working in a bakery, pastry shop, or confectionery is preferred, but not always required. Culinary education or training is also beneficial.
- **Passion**: Genuine passion for sweets and confectionery, with a desire to create delightful treats that bring joy to customers.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year
