**Position: Sales Executive**

**Experience: 1-2 Years**

**No of positions: 01**

**Requisites**:

- **Experience**: 1-2 years of sales experience, preferably in consultancy services, finance, or related fields.
- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field.
- **Communication Skills**: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Marathi.
- **Negotiation Skills**: Strong negotiation and persuasive skills to close deals and secure contracts.
- **Self-Motivation**: Highly motivated, with a proactive approach to problem-solving and achieving sales targets.
- **Own Vehicle**: Must own a vehicle for local travel within Ahmednagar and surrounding areas.
- **Local Knowledge**: Familiarity with the Sangli region and its business landscape is an advantage.
- **Technical Proficiency**: Proficient in using MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software.

**Responsibilities**:

- **Client Acquisition**: Identify and approach potential clients, including Mega, Large, Medium, Small, and Micro enterprises, to offer our consultancy services.
- **Sales Strategy**: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets.
- **Client Relationship Management**: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions.
- **Market Research**: Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and stay updated on industry trends and government policies.
- **Project Coordination**: Collaborate with the internal team to ensure timely and efficient delivery of services to clients.
- **Reporting**: Prepare and present regular sales reports to the management, outlining progress, challenges, and recommendations.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month

Day range:

- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability

Shift:

- Day shift

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Sales: 1 year (preferred)
- B2B sales: 1 year (preferred)

**Location**:

- Ahmednagar, Maharashtra (preferred)

Willingness to travel:

- 50% (preferred)
