- Job Description

Underwriting of business proposals under retail agri and Agri MSME. Maintaining the health of the portfolio and delivery of the credit decisions within the TAT, Operations and Collections etc. Managing the Operations of the vertical at a branch and cluster level.

**Strategy**

1. Prepare the process note and ensure timely sanction of the credit proposals

2. Align with the product, policy and processed while submitting the credit proposals to the sanctioning authority

3. Ensure the portfolio quality to minimize the NPA and credit losses

4. Overall coordination of branches under the Cluster, for ensuring the quality of the portfolio

5. Stay updated on the recent changes in policy and regulatory guidelines and ensure the same is reached to all the stakeholders

6. Laison with the internal and external stakeholders

7. Prepare the various returns and MIS related to the credit portfolio and monitor the same on a regular basis.

8. Ensure the timely review and renewal of the accounts

**Achieving Operational Efficiency**

1. Timely intervention to ensure the quality of sourcing and minimizing the turnaround time

2. Study and analyze the service quality by visiting / interacting branches and customers and recommend remedial measures.

3. Follow up with branches on compliance of internal audit matters, monitor

4. Coordinate with the collection team on timely repayment of the dues and interest.

5. Provide the various reports and update on sales, collection and the quality of the portfolio.
