**Job Title: Customer Service Executive - Marathi Language Voice Process**

**Location**: Gurgaon, India

**Shift**: Day Shift

**Salary**: Up to 18,000 INR

We are looking for a dedicated individual to join our team as a Customer Service Executive for our Marathi Language Voice Process. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our Marathi-speaking customers, addressing their inquiries, resolving their issues, and ensuring their overall satisfaction.

**Responsibilities**:

- **Customer Assistance**: Handle incoming calls from Marathi-speaking customers, providing assistance with their inquiries, concerns, and requests in a courteous and timely manner.
- **Issue Resolution**: Effectively troubleshoot customer problems and provide appropriate solutions, ensuring prompt resolution and customer satisfaction.
- **Product Knowledge**: Develop a deep understanding of our products and services to accurately assist customers and provide relevant information.
- **Documentation**: Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, including inquiries, comments, and resolutions, using our CRM system.
- **Quality Assurance**: Adhere to quality standards and company policies in every customer interaction, maintaining professionalism and integrity at all times.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with other departments such as Technical Support and Sales to address customer needs and improve overall customer satisfaction.
- **Feedback**: Provide valuable feedback to management regarding customer concerns, trends, and suggestions for improvement to enhance the customer experience.

**Requirements**:

- Fluency in Marathi language (both verbal and written) is essential for this role.
- Proficient in English communication to effectively interact with internal teams and stakeholders.
- Previous experience in customer service or call center environments is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think quickly on your feet to provide efficient solutions.
- Customer-centric mindset with a genuine passion for delivering excellent service.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software are a plus.
