We are currently seeking a dynamic, detail-oriented individual for the role of Billing Coordinator. This role requires proficiency in Excel and a keen eye for accuracy.

**Key** **Responsibilities**:

- Oversee the process of sending invoices to clients, ensuring timeliness and accuracy.
- Monitor outstanding balances to ensure each account is paid on time and in full.
- Resolve any billing issues promptly and professionally.
- Generate regular reports on billing and payment status.
- Contribute to team efforts by accomplishing related tasks as needed.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- At least 3-5 years of experience in a billing or similar role.
- High proficiency in **Microsoft Excel** is mandatory.
- Experience in Administrative role is crucial
- Excellent numerical skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

**How to Apply**:
