- Good interpersonal skills - able communicate to staff & customers on all levels
- Have a flexible working approach and can convey a positive attitude to staff and customers always.
- Team player and able to support to other team members
- Work on own initiative

Job Responsibilities:

- Uploading Service Sheets (Air Con, Intruder Alarm, Fire Alarm, Fire Extinguishers) & updating the necessary service contracts tabs. 
- Filing all Maintenance & Estate Invoices (Updating the necessary obligations tabs e.g. NNDR,

Insurance etc..) 
- support with uploading & amending lease details
- Raise Rental Invoices for private & sublet tenants (also raise insurance invoices). 
- Reconcile accounts 
- Run reports on arrears (Provide weekly statements)
- Support with producing arrear letters & identifying arrears
- Supporting UK team with maintenance issues in the pharmacies would be best left in house. 
- Gathering meter readings from branches.
- Assisting with closing utility accounts when necessary. Managing discontinued lines
- Creating new products, updating prices, and product details
- Dealing with pricing, category, and customer service queries
- Pulling product sales and shipments data
- Assistance with annual events
- Various other administrative tasks

Terms and conditions of the Employment:
1. If employee decides to leave the company, she/he must provide a written notice of at least
2 months in advance. This will allow the company enough time to hire and train replacement of the employee.

2. If employee fails to perform up to the expectation of company, the company reserves the right to terminate his/her employment with immediate notice

3. Once the appointment letter has been signed and submitted to us all the above terms and conditions will become effective.

Additional guidelines:

- Working Hours: 12:00 PM to 8:30 PM
- Working Days: Monday to Friday (Any Saturdays if required by department)
- No Indian holidays
- The entire office will be under the surveillance of CCTV.
- No mobile phone on desk during work hours
- Salary account with ICICI bank
- 2 years mutual agreement
