**Job Summary**:
We are seeking a highly motivated and proactive individual to join our recruiting team. As City Expansion Associate, you would be responsible for overseeing the entire process of establishing our firms presence in the city. Your role would include market research, identifying potential opportunities and challenges, developing a strategic plan for expansion, and executing the plan in collaboration with operations team.

**Responsibilities**:

- Conducting market analysis to assess the demand for recruiting and accounting services in the new city.
- Identifying competitors and understanding the local business landscape.
- Establishing partnerships with local businesses, community groups, training institutes and universities to build a network and gain visibility in the city.
- Organizing and attending local events, conferences, and job fairs to promote the firms services.
- Keeping track of local trends and industry developments to adjust marketing strategies accordingly.
- Utilizing social media strategies, and local advertising to reach potential clients.
- Creating and distributing content relevant to the local audience, such as blog posts, newsletters, and case studies.
- Monitoring the progress of the expansion and making adjustments as needed.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Commerce or a related field.
- Proficient in using Microsoft Word & Excel.
- Ability to operate in fast-paced work environment with integrity and accountability.
- Strong communication skills to collaborate with various stakeholders.
- Entrepreneurial spirit with a roll-up-the-sleeves work ethic and a "do-what-it takes" mindset to perform the given job duties.
