**Job Title: Business Development Associate**

**Location**: Noida Extension, Near Gaur City

**Salary**: 20,000 to 40,000 INR

**Qualification**: MBA or Graduate in a related field or relevant stream

**Experience**: Minimum 2 years of industry experience (events/exhibitions/marketing/branding/media)

**Timings**: 10 AM to 6 PM

**Roles & Responsibilities**:

- Conduct visits to prospects and client offices for business generation and meetings.
- Generate and convert leads through visits, references, cold calling, or company-provided data.
- Draft and deliver compelling presentations.
- Create content and collaborate with the design team for developing marketing materials.

**Requirements**:

- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Creative individual with a professional flair.
- Excellent time management, proven ability to handle multiple projects with tight deadlines.
- Knowledge of all digital marketing platforms and online portals with a wider reach.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement.

- Ability to work independently and flexibly.
- Willingness to work long hours to support the team.
