**_In this role, you will be responsible for creating the Purchase Requisitions. You will be the first point of contact for all the requesters to place the orders as per their requirement. _**

**_You will be responsible to research and resolve inquiries relating to Procurement Operations, and Product Ordering._**

**_

**_Follow up on customer interactions in a timely manner. Communicate with stakeholders to address issues and concerns. Finally, take action on feedback provided_**

**_Responsibilities_**

**_ _**

**_Monitor daily inflow volume of Purchase requisitions _**

**_Validate Purchase Requisition as per Compliance requirements_**

**_ _**

**_Convert Requisition to Purchase Order_**

**_ _**

**_PO acknowledgement and delivery confirmation with Supplier_**

**_ _**

**_Update confirmations in system once received from Supplier_**

**_ _**

**_Process Purchase Requisition and Purchase Order amendments_**

**_ _**

**_Supplier follow up and expedite delivery for Rush/Urgent orders_**

**_ _**

**_Supplier coordination for quotations and price confirmations_**

**_ _**

**_Resolve invoice mismatch issues - coordinate with AP, Business & Suppliers_**

**_ _**

**_Respond to User and Supplier queries through ticketing tool_**

**_ _**

**_Coordinate with the Supplier Setup Team for creating a New/Updating an existing Supplier_**

**_ _**

**_Publish daily productivity report to Business_**

**_ _**

**_Update SOPs and exception tracker when needed_**

**_ _**

**_Adheres to the client's defined processes & procedures and company policies _**

**_Suggest and implement process improvement ideas using the LEAN methodology and tools;_**

**_ _**

**_Successfully completes the License To Operate (LTO) and passes the process knowledge test (PKT) on a monthly basis;_**

**_Qualifications_**

**_Minimum qualifications_**
- **_any bachelors degree_**:

- **_great verbal and written communication skills_**

**_Preferred qualifications_**

**_Ability to execute task basic rules. Attention to detail and should have first time right attitude._**

**_Good knowledge on MS Office tools and good processing speed - mainly excel._**

**_Ability to fluently express and explain Sourcing and procurement queries to the end users._**

**_ _**

**_Global Customer Management skills and experience on any Procurement ERP including any ticketing tool will be an added advantage._**

**_Should be willing to work in shifts._**
