Administration Executive

**Key Responsibilities**:
Catalog Maintenance: Manage and update the organization's ethnic catalog on the admin
console system. This includes adding new products, updating existing product information, and
ensuring accurate categorization and tagging.
Image and Content Management: Coordinate with the creative team to ensure high-quality
product images and engaging product descriptions are uploaded to the admin console system.
Ensure that all images and content comply with brand guidelines and standards.
Inventory Management: Work closely with the inventory team to ensure accurate product
availability and stock levels are reflected in the admin console system. Regularly update
inventory data, including product quantities, sizes, and color variations.
Pricing and Promotion: Collaborate with the marketing team to update product pricing,
discounts, and promotional offers in the admin console system. Ensure that pricing information
is accurately reflected across all relevant catalog entries.
Data Accuracy and Integrity: Conduct regular audits and checks to maintain the accuracy and
integrity of the catalog data. Identify and resolve any discrepancies or errors promptly to ensure
a seamless customer experience.
System Enhancements: Continuously identify opportunities to improve the admin console
system's functionality for catalog maintenance. Collaborate with the development team to
implement enhancements, such as automated data entry processes or improved search and
filtering capabilities.
Training and Support: Provide training and support to internal teams, such as customer
service and sales, on utilizing the admin console system for catalog-related tasks. Address any
inquiries or issues related to catalog management promptly.
Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, creative,
inventory, and IT, to ensure effective communication and coordination in catalog maintenance
and updates. Gather feedback and suggestions from stakeholders to improve the catalog
management process.
**Skills and Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field (or equivalent
work experience)
- Previous experience in catalog maintenance and management, preferably within the
fashion or retail industry
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain data accuracy
- Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and admin console systems
- Proficiency in working with product images and content
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong communication and collaboration abilities
- Analytical mindset and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Passion for fashion and a good understanding of ethnic wear trends
**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
