**Job Summary**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Provide comprehensive administrative support to senior management and other departments as required.
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the office, including managing schedules, coordinating meetings, and maintaining office supplies.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and employees, ensuring prompt and professional communication.
- Maintain and update various office records, databases, and files, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
- Prepare and distribute reports, memos, and correspondence, both electronically and in hard copy.
- Assist in the preparation and coordination of meetings, conferences, and events, including arranging logistics, coordinating travel arrangements, and preparing meeting materials.
- Coordinate and manage office facilities and equipment and upgrades.
- Assist in the development and implementation of administrative policies, procedures, and systems to improve overall efficiency and effectiveness.
- Handle general office duties, such as answering phone calls, sorting mail, and organizing office spaces.
- Identify and implement process improvements to streamline administrative workflows and enhance productivity.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in office administration to ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
- Monitor market trends, competitors' activities, and customer feedback to gather insights and identify areas for improvement. Collaborate with sales & marketing team to Prepare regular reports and presentations to communicate sales performance, market analysis, and recommendations with the sales team.
- Stay up-to-date with our product offerings, features, and benefits.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, such as marketing, customer service, and product development, to ensure alignment and effective implementation of marketing and sales strategies. Foster a collaborative and supportive work environment.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients, ensuring their satisfaction with our products and services. Provide excellent customer service, address inquiries and concerns, and identify opportunities for upselling and cross
- selling.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in business administration, management, or a related field.
- Proven experience in an administrative or executive support role.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling administrative tasks.
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact effectively with individuals at all levels of the organization.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently with mínimal supervision.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
