**Job Summary**:
As an Inside Sales Officer you will be responsible for generating and managing leads, engaging with potential customers, and closing sales deals. Your primary focus will be on driving revenue growth through effective communication and sales strategies. This role requires excellent interpersonal skills, a customer-centric approach, and a desire to achieve sales targets.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Lead Generation**: Identify and research potential leads through various sources, such as online research, lead databases, and inbound inquiries.
- **Lead Qualification**: Qualify leads to determine their level of interest and readiness to purchase, and segment them accordingly.
- **Sales Calls**: Initiate outbound sales calls and respond to inbound inquiries, engaging with leads to understand their needs and present our products or services effectively.
- **Product Knowledge**: Develop a deep understanding of our products or services, their features, benefits, and value propositions.
- **Sales Presentations**: Create and deliver compelling sales presentations to potential customers, showcasing the benefits of our offerings.
- **Relationship Building**: Build and maintain strong relationships with leads, addressing their inquiries and providing exceptional customer service.
- **Sales Closing**: Close sales deals by effectively handling objections, negotiating terms, and securing customer commitment.
- **Record Keeping**: Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions, including leads, sales calls, and outcomes.
- **Follow-Up**: Conduct follow-up communications with leads to nurture relationships and identify upsell or cross-sell opportunities.
- **Sales Reporting**: Provide regular sales reports to the Inside Sales Manager, outlining progress, challenges, and potential areas for improvement.
- **Adherence to Processes**: Follow established sales processes and guidelines, including compliance with relevant regulations.

**Other Qualifications**:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving and negotiation abilities.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and sales tools.
- A customer-centric approach and the ability to actively listen and address customer needs.
- Self-motivated and results-driven with a desire to excel in sales.
- Adaptability to changing sales strategies and market conditions.
- Languages:

- English, Hindi and Marathi.
