**Role and Responsibilities**
- Maintain and update global sailing schedules, handle queries/tasks received from Role and Responsibilities customers/stakeholders and/or assigned to them by their supervisors.
- Collaborate with multiple stakeholders across geographies to ensure alignment and accuracy of sailing schedules.
- Maintains and improve Productivity and Quality levels as per the Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), by adhering to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), recommending improved procedures.
- Updates job knowledge by learning new processes / cross trained in multiple tasks.
- Open to take additional responsibilities of training colleagues, if need arises
- To accept direction / responsibility and maintain/drive performance levels as per the Key Performance Indicators (KPI)
- Takes accountability for delivering on commitments; owns mistakes and uses them as opportunities for learning and development; openly discusses his/her actions and their consequences both good and bad.
- Aggressively pursues challenging goals and objectives; will put in considerable time and effort to accomplish objectives; takes a highly focused, goal driven approach toward work.

**Requirements**:
This opportunity is suitable for proactive talents with good innovative skills and has met the following requirements:

- Minimum 2 years of experience in a customer service role in shipping industry.
- Previous experience in maritime operations, scheduling, or logistics with knowledge of cut-off and transit time would be preferred.
- Should have knowledge fetching schedules from Carrier website / Exim document.
- Strong communication, coordination and interpersonal skills
- Should have Excel knowledge.
- MUST be flexible with work shifts.

**Other Skills and Competencies**
- Ability to perform multiple tasks concurrently and meet deadlines.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Able to work under pressure, positive attitude towards teamwork and good responsibility.
- Be able to work in shift and multicultural working environment.
- Travel overseas may be required on occasion as business need.

**Education**

Degree in any specification from an accredited institution

Additional relevant certification(s) will be a distinguishing factor.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

**Salary**: ₹200,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year
