To be successful as a customer support executive, you should display excellent interpersonal and communication skills. These skills will prove invaluable mediating with customers. An outstanding customer support executive should possess a proven track record of successful customer service and management skills.

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide accurate information about our products/services and company policies.
- Assist customers in troubleshooting issues and navigating our platforms.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure effective problem resolution.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Stay informed about product features, updates, and industry trends.
- Collect and analyze customer feedback to identify areas for improvement.

**Qualifications and skills**:

- Proven experience in customer support or a related field.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Empathy and patience when dealing with customer issues.
- Familiarity with customer support software and CRM systems is an advantage.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
