Assisting HR department in scheduling, coordinating and other office events

Supporting the department heads as and when required

Liaising with internal and external agencies/vendors for smooth administrative functioning

Providing administrative support, Liaising with Finance for Salary, necessary documents, and information

Managing NDAs and contracts for vendor and freelancers

Generating invoices and coordinating with the finance team for final invoices

Maintaining records, project cost tracking, HR budget planning & management, Vendor Invoice execution & coordination

Managing travel arrangements

Assisting in all day-to-day Admin activities

**Requirements**:
HSC/Graduate

Min 2 years of proven experience in a similar role

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are a must

Proficiency in MS Office is a must

Excellent organizational and time-management skills

Quick-thinking, planning, coordinating, and executing skills

Pay: ₹275,000.00 - ₹340,000.00 per year
