Call Center Customer Service Representative

- Follow up to ensure customer satisfaction.
**Qualifications**:
- Strong English communication skills (written and verbal).
- Previous experience in a call center or customer service role preferred.
- Good problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric attitude.
