**Job Title: Field Sales Representative**

**Job Summary**:The Field Sales Representative is responsible for actively seeking out and engaging customer prospects, establishing relationships, and driving sales of products/services. This role involves extensive travel within a designated geographic area to meet with potential clients/customers.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Customer Engagement**: Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and visiting potential clients/customers.

**Product/Service Presentation**: Present, promote, and sell products/services to existing and prospective customers.

**Relationship Building**: Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships.

**Sales Strategies**: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve targets and increase sales volume.

**Market Analysis**: Keep abreast of market trends, competitors, and identify new market opportunities.

**Customer Needs Assessment**: Understand customer needs and requirements, offering appropriate solutions and recommendations.

**Negotiation and Closure**: Negotiate terms of sales agreements and close sales, following company procedures and guidelines.

**Reporting**: Prepare and submit sales reports, activity reports, and other documentation as required by management.

**Customer Service**: Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner.

**Collaboration**: Collaborate with the sales team to achieve better results and share best practices.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in field sales, preferably in a related industry.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and results-oriented.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office suite.

**Education and Qualifications**:

- A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
- Relevant sales training or certifications (a plus).

**Work Environment**:
Field Sales Representatives typically work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, spending a significant amount of time on the road meeting clients/customers. Flexibility in working hours might be required to accommodate client schedules and sales meetings.
