**Job Overview**:
ForteNet is seeking an enthusiastic and results-driven **Sales Manager** to expand our wildlife safari offerings by building relationships with travel agencies and vendors. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for identifying and engaging with travel agencies, onboarding new vendors, and driving sales for our wildlife safari packages. This role requires strong interpersonal skills, a passion for travel and wildlife, and a deep understanding of the travel industry.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Vendor Acquisition**: Identify and onboard travel agents and vendors for our wildlife safaris by visiting local travel agencies and establishing strong partnerships.
- **Sales & Revenue Growth**: Drive sales by promoting wildlife safari packages to travel agencies, ensuring they understand and offer our unique wildlife experiences to their clients.
- **Relationship Management**: Build and maintain relationships with travel agencies, vendors, and partners to increase brand visibility and sales opportunities.
- **Market Research**: Conduct market research to identify potential opportunities for new vendor partnerships and growth in the wildlife tourism sector.
- **Client Engagement**: Act as a point of contact for travel agencies, answering queries, providing information, and supporting them in selling our safari packages.
- **Sales Reporting**: Track and report on sales performance, client engagement, and vendor relations to inform business strategies.

**Requirements**:

- **Sales Experience**: Proven experience in a sales or business development role, ideally within the travel or tourism industry.
- **Knowledge of Wildlife Tourism**: A passion for wildlife and nature, with a basic understanding of wildlife safaris and travel trends.
- **Networking Skills**: Strong networking and relationship-building skills to engage travel agents and vendors.
- **Communication Skills**: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both **Hindi and English**.
- **Problem-Solving Abilities**: Ability to identify potential challenges and provide solutions that benefit both the company and its travel partners.

**Education**:

- **UG**: Any Graduate, preferably in Business, Marketing, or Tourism.

**Key Skills**:

- **Sales and Negotiation Skills**:

- **Relationship Management**:

- **Understanding of Travel & Tourism Industry**:

- Familiarity with **Wildlife Safaris** will be an added advantage.
- Ability to travel to meet vendors and travel agencies regularly.

**Experience**:
1-4 Years of experience in sales, travel, or tourism-related fields.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹8,555.51 - ₹15,000.00 per month

Compensation Package:

- Commission pay
