**Roles & Responsibilities**:

- Welcome clients to the center and make them feel comfortable.
- Handle customer enquires - Answer, screen & forward incoming phone calls while providing basic information when needed.
- Resolve customer complaints, support with follow up session booking, cancellation, send session reminders
- Organise and handle logistics of events conducted by organization.
- Collect payment and manage refund.
- Onboard affiliates - Research, call and follow up
- Manage support staff
- Post on social media.
- Staff attendance, leaves, salary slip etc.
- Send/Receive and sort daily mail/deliveries/couriers.
- Maintain security by following procedures and controlling access monitor. This will involve making logbook entries or issuing visitor badges
- Coordinating the interview process with Recruitment Team.
- Would be involved in Inventory Management
- Assisting the HR team in Joining and exit formalities.
- Basic accounts voucher work, maintenance of statutory registers & basic office bookkeeping.
- Basic administrative duties like maintaining staff/contractors' attendance etc
- Update appointment calendars and schedule meetings/appointments.

**Requirements**:

- **Excellent communication skill in English and Kannada is must.**:

- **Should have good ability to communicate with visitors, staff and vendors.**:

- **Proven experience as front office executive.**:

- **Should have hands on experience in using MS Office packages like Word, Excel & PowerPoint.**:

- **Knowledge in maintaining accounting vouchers will be added advantage.**:

- **Knowledge in Tally is an added advantage.**:

- **Should be a good multi-taser and give attention to detail.**:

- **Observe professional etiquette and appearance.**

**Salary**: ₹300,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Day shift

- Bengaluru, Karnataka: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- total work: 5 years (preferred)
- Front Office Executive: 3 years (preferred)
- Customer Service: 3 years (preferred)
