**Required Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration or a related field.
- Strong technical knowledge of the software and its features.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong presentation and demonstration skills.
- Experience working with SaaS products is a plus.
- Knowledge of programming languages or other technical skills may also be required, depending on the specific software being supported.

**Roles and Responsibilities**:

- Understanding the company’s software and its features in order to effectively demonstrate its capabilities to potential customers.
- Conducting product demonstrations and presentations to potential customers, either in person or remotely.
- Answering technical questions from potential customers and addressing their concerns.
- Collaborating with the sales team to develop sales strategies and close deals.
- Researching and staying up-to-date on the latest industry trends and competitor activities.
- Participating in trade shows and other events to promote the company’s software.
- Creating and maintaining detailed product documentation and presentations for use in sales meetings.
- Providing feedback to the development team on customer needs and market trends to help improve the software.
- Continuously improving the pre-sales process to increase customer satisfaction and close more deals.
- Keeping accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in the company’s CRM system.
