**Job Description**:
Shyam Ji Trading Company, a leading manufacturer of office furniture and office chairs, is seeking a dynamic and motivated Gem Executive to join our team in Chandigarh. The Gem Executive will play a crucial role in promoting our products and services in the government e-marketplace (GeM) and ensuring smooth business operations within this platform.

**Responsibilities**:
GeM Registration:Register the company on the Government e-Marketplace (GeM) portal.
Ensure that all necessary documents and information are submitted for the registration process.

GeM Listing:Create and manage product listings on GeM for our range of office furniture and chairs.
Update and maintain the listings with accurate and up-to-date information.

Order Management:Process orders received through the GeM portal.
Coordinate with the logistics and procurement teams to ensure timely delivery of products.

Compliance:Stay updated with GeM guidelines and policies to ensure full compliance.
Assist in the preparation of reports and documentation as required by GeM authorities.

Customer Relations:Interact with GeM customers to provide product information and resolve inquiries.
Build and maintain strong relationships with GeM clients.

Market Research:Keep abreast of the latest trends and competitors in the GeM marketplace.
Provide insights and recommendations to enhance our GeM presence and product offerings.

**Requirements**:

- A bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
- Prior experience with the Government e-Marketplace (GeM) and knowledge of its operations is a plus.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Good organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in using GeM portal and other relevant software.
- Self-motivated and results-driven.
