Crusher Supervisor

A crusher supervisor is a key professional responsible for overseeing and managing various aspects of road construction projects. They play a critical role in ensuring that road construction projects are executed efficiently, safely, and in compliance with engineering standards and project specifications.

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage and develop the crusher team employees’ such as crusher operator, stacker operator and equipment area tender to achieve establish goals, safety, environmental performance, production volume, quality, service and cost.
- Coordinate with the repair and maintenance of equipment through the maintenance department to ensure continuous working operation.
- In-charge of planning and approving work schedule of personnel.
- Prepare Weekly, Monthly, and Quarterly Sectional KPIs and Performance Report.

Pay: ₹10,024.16 - ₹28,139.58 per month
