**Role: Associate Manager - Customer Experience**

**Key Responsibilities -**

Liasoning with Bankers for Project approvals & DSA corporate tie up.

Client Consultation: Engage with clients to understand their financial situation and eligibility for home loans.

Loan Processing: Collaborate with lenders to facilitate the loan approval process, ensuring timely completion of all necessary documentation and requirements till Loan disbursal.

Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service throughout the loan process, addressing client inquiries, resolving issues, and managing expectations effectively.

**Skills & competencies -**
- Product Knowledge: Stay updated on various loan products, interest rates and eligibility criteria to provide accurate information and guidance to clients.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, real estate agents, and other stakeholders to foster trust, loyalty, and referral opportunities.

**Educational Qualifications**: Any Graduate.

**Experience**:3 - 6 years.

**Location: Kasaba Hobli, B'lore - 560 045**

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹165,356.90 - ₹933,805.62 per year
